Glazed lavastone
Genuine volcanic stone, cut by hand and finished with layers of colored glaze. The glaze is fired at very high temperatures, so it fuses with the stone for good. The result is a strong, non-porous surface with deep, rich color.
Because each piece is made by hand, every slab is unique. Small differences in color and texture are part of its natural character.
Iroko hardwood
An African tropical hardwood that looks and behaves like teak. Its high quality lets us make wide tabletop segments from one piece of wood. Untreated, it turns a natural silver-grey over time; oiled, it keeps its warm color.
Care
- Glazed lavastone needs very little care. Clean it with Extremis Multi Cleaner and a soft cloth. Avoid abrasive or harsh cleaners.
- Ash (natural) is porous and can absorb liquids. Treat it with the recommended stone protector, and repeat every 2–3 years.
